Group Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to reschedule your class. We ask that you cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to your scheduled date. For cancellations not made within the 24 hour time period, a $55 cancellation fee will be due upon receipt.

Core CPR Solutions Class Policy

Core CPR Solutions wants participants to walk away feeling empowered and ready to render aid! Therefore, if you are having difficulty we will continue to work with you until you feel confident in your skill set. However, we reserve the right to deny certification to anyone unable to display the abilities and skills necessary to render aid. Clients are required to sign a class confirmation which includes information regarding class size, payment options, and acknowledgement of our cancellation policy.
